Terms for the DigiSym marketing website
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms govern use of the public DigiSym marketing website at digisym.net, including its product descriptions, case study, and contact form. This site does not govern attendee registration, program access, CME participation, or learner records; those activities are governed within the applicable meeting environment.
Informational purpose
The site provides general information for organizations evaluating DigiSym and Question Mark Media’s conference operations services. It is not a self-service software offer, pricing proposal, service guarantee, or contract. Available features, branding, services, and configured modules vary by meeting and by an approved scope of work.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and submit a genuine business inquiry. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or organization, or use the contact form to transmit sensitive medical or attendee information.
Site content
Text, DigiSym branding, and interface materials on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reused in a misleading way. Product screenshots are representative workflow views; they do not establish that every depicted module was used by every named program.
Availability and external links
Question Mark Media may update or remove public-site content and does not promise uninterrupted availability. Links to other websites are provided for context; their operators control their own content and practices.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised explicit last-updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use of the public marketing site.
