Privacy notice for the DigiSym marketing website
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This notice covers the public DigiSym marketing website at digisym.net and its contact form. It is separate from the privacy terms presented within attendee-facing conference environments and does not describe attendee access or CME records.
Information the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, work email, organization, and message. You may also provide a meeting or program, phone number, and other details relevant to your inquiry. Please do not submit patient, attendee, health, or other sensitive information.
Purpose and workflow
Question Mark Media uses the information to respond to and manage your inquiry about DigiSym and related conference operations. When approved delivery settings are configured, the form sends the inquiry through an explicitly selected mail delivery service provider to an approved Question Mark Media mailbox, where authorized Question Mark Media staff can review and handle it. The form does not intentionally place inquiry content in application log or array mail transports.
Security
Question Mark Media uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the public form and its delivery workflow. The website is intended to be served over HTTPS, and delivery is allowed only through an explicitly configured mail transport. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage the inquiry and to address applicable operational, security, or legal needs. It is then deleted in accordance with Question Mark Media’s applicable records practices. No fixed retention period is promised by this notice.
Privacy requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through this form, use the public contact page and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Do not include sensitive medical or attendee information in the request.
